Atara Compounding Pharmacy is both a compounding pharmacy and a regular NHS dispensing pharmacy providing all the services and products you would expect from a community, family pharmacy right alongside a dedicated high tech compounding laboratory.
We have been providing the highest quality compounded products for well over a decade and have gained a reputation we are proud of. Our compounding pharmacists and technicians have undertaken extensive additional training beyond their regular pharmacy qualifications, in order to provide the highest quality compounded medications tailored to each patient’s unique and individual requirements.

ATARA Compounding Pharmacy laboratories are operated under strict quality control measures in line with USP 795 – Pharmaceutical Non-Sterile Standards. Our laboratory is well equipped with the latest equipment to ensure repeatable, reliable compounding.
ATARA Compounding Pharmacy is also a member of Professional Compounding Chemists of Australia (PCCA). We are proud to be amongst the first compounding pharmacies in Australia to achieve the PCCA tick of approval for meeting the PCCA accreditation standards. Membership of PCCA also gives us access to an extensive medical professional database and formulary.
