Ordering
HOW TO ORDER:
There are a number of different ways you can order a compounded medication.
- You can order your compounding prescription in person by bringing the prescription into our pharmacy
- You can phone our compounding team on 03 98872863 or fax us on 03 98870952
- You can also email a copy of your prescription to orders@ataracompounding.com.au
- You can take a photo with your phone and email or text it to 0401167272
- You can order online by uploading your prescription.
Please note that in order to comply with prescription laws and regulations we must receive the original script before we can supply the compounded item. If it is not convenient or possible to collect your compounded item from us we offer a prompt and efficient delivery service via Australia Post Express Service. We aim for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time on all compounded prescriptions.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
When ordering any compounded product please specify any special requirements.
Should you wish to make a payment online through PayPal please fill in the form below and please allow 10-15 seconds until you are taken to PayPal once you click on the submit button. You don’t need a PayPal account you can checkout as a guest.
