The Founder and Director of ATARA Compounding, Manisha Kaur is a integrative medicine clinical and compounding pharmacist who practices and embraces Holistic and Functional medicine.
She has a particular interest in dermatology, women’s health, nutritional and hormonal medicine. Her fields of interest include integrative medicine and the safe use of bio-identical or human identical hormones to correct the underlying hormone deficiencies or imbalances associated with menopause, andropause and many chronic degenerative conditions.
Through the Professional Compounding Centres of Australia (PCCA), she has received specialty training in Customised Compounding, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Pain Management, Nutrition, Dermatology, and Functional medicine. She has also completed extensive training in Natural and Nutritional Medicine including the DAN and Pfeiffer protocols.
Manisha holds an International Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative/Functional Medicine through an Australian and USA based organisation (A5M/A4M) and is a Board Certified Diplomat. She has been practicing this type of medicine and on a regular basis and interacts with many world recognised health care consultants. She provides in-depth technical and clinical consultancy for patients, and incorporating assessment and works with like-minded doctors in interpretation and prescriptive guidelines. Her goal is to restore optimal health and looks to validate and formulate customised recommendations based on functional testing (blood, saliva, urine and other validation methods).
Manisha has been working with a team of dermatologist and clinical researches being part of several clinical trials both at a local and international level. She is also a member of many healthcare organisation such as AIMA (Australasian Integrative Medicine Association) A5M/A4M (Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine), IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine), PCCA (Pharmaceutical Compounding Chemist of Aust.), International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP)and many other accredited organisations.
